- Definitions
KSO TPK Koja refers to the Joint Operation (Kerja Sama Operasi) between PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) and PT Hutchison Ports Indonesia (HPI).
m-TPK Koja refers to the software application developed by KSO TPK Koja to facilitate export and import documentation transactions.
You refers to customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers (PPJK), importers, exporters, or any authorized user of the Application.
Document Transaction Services refer to the services provided by KSO TPK Koja for issuing Gate Passes and processing export and import documentation.
User Profile refers to personally identifiable information collected through the Application, including but not limited to your name, address, identification number, telephone number, email address, and other information that may identify an individual.
Website refers to the official KSO TPK Koja website at www.tpkkoja.co.id.
Additional Information Services refer to supplementary features available within the Application that assist users in obtaining operational information and transaction confirmations more efficiently.
- Information We Collect
KSO TPK Koja collects personal information through two registration processes:
PPJK ID Account Registration, users are required to provide:
- Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
- Business Identification Number (NIB)
- Company information for PPJK, Freight Forwarders, Exporters, or Importers
This account serves as the primary access to transaction services.
User Registration, Users are required to provide:
- National Identification Number (KTP)
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Account password
- Other relevant information required to operate the Application.
The Application may periodically require users to update their passwords and install the latest application updates to ensure system security and optimal performance.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Application is accurate, complete, and up to date.
KSO TPK Koja shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies or false information provided by users.
- How We Use Your Information
KSO TPK Koja uses your personal information, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, and account credentials, for the following purposes:
- Verifying your identity and ownership of your account.
- Processing export and import documentation transactions.
- Communicating with you regarding your transactions.
- Confirming and validating transaction information.
- Delivering notifications related to Application services.

The Application also provides information services that enable users to monitor customs clearance documents, Electronic Delivery Orders (e-DO), and other relevant transaction information more efficiently.

- Data Security
KSO TPK Koja implements appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we continuously strive to maintain the highest level of security, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and One-Time Password (OTP). Do not disclose these credentials to any third party. You are also responsible for ensuring the security of the device used to access the Application.
- Data Retention
KSO TPK Koja retains your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal and operational requirements.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact KSO TPK Koja Customer Service at (+62 21) 4374142. Prior to account deletion, KSO TPK Koja will conduct identity verification using internal verification procedures to ensure the security of your account.
