Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a reporting mechanism designed to enable employees, stakeholders, and the public to report suspected misconduct, abuse of authority, fraud, unethical behavior, and other violations. It aims to foster a transparent, ethical, and accountable work environment.

The system serves as a preventive measure and an early detection tool against practices that may harm the organization, including corruption, bribery, gratuities, violations of the code of conduct, and financial fraud. By providing a secure and confidential reporting channel, the WBS supports the implementation of good corporate governance and promotes integrity throughout the organization.
